It took more then 15 years to create this economic-political system (‘market socialism’ so to speak), and the computer software sede – secure democracy. Work on ‘sede’ seems to have started some weeks before november 3rd 2002. The work was finished by finalizing this website on 12th december 2018. In the year before, the book ‘Distribute Power’ was put together from the previous material, and before that there was still some work done on amendments and additional documentation.
Because it is such a detailed program, it seems to make sense to define a review period of the proposal(s) of the same duration as it took to produce: some 15 years. That doesn’t mean nothing should be done based on this program in the meantime, however with something this complex and potentially changing society in fundamental ways, it seems wise to intensely think things through in advance. The idea that a review period is in effect, a period that will go on for years, will have a calming effect on who is trying to understand what is being proposed here. (It is calming for me personally already !)
There is also a certain formality possible with such a review period. At the end of the period it seems it could be a choice moment to make an effort of gathering any opinions offered about this program. Such arguments from others could perhaps be worked out into modified versions (if those offering them haven’t done that already). In any case we can take advantage of what has been offered, for use during the implementation of the program.
The review period is defined for practical purposes as: 15 years, starting on december 12th 2017, yielding an end date at the end of 2032. If this website and this culture then still exist remains to be seen, but if so: time flies, it will soon be 2032.)

P.S.
In a jolly good coincidence, the date 12th December 2017, the point of final work being completed, turned out to be the 1st candle day of Chanukah (Jewish holiday). 12th December 2032 will be 4th candle day. 4 candles, 4 main principles. Chanukah and this program can have a certain relation with each other, because Chanukah represents the recuperation of the Torah law and therefore also the Torah economic system, which is on principle the same as this program here offered (different details but the same on principle). This type of economy is quite different from both the usual centralized dictatorship variations, or raging ’trade everything’ including soil and Capital systems.
